Wind N Sea Events is a premier wedding coordination company based in San Diego, CA. Led by owner and lead planner, Heather Harris, our team is dedicated to curating seamless, sophisticated, and stress-free celebrations. Heather’s passion for event planning drives our commitment to ensuring that your wedding day exceeds your expectations and reflects your unique vision.

At Wind N Sea Events, we pride ourselves on providing a high standard of personalized service, carefully attending to every detail of your celebration. We understand that wedding planning can often feel overwhelming, which is why we aim to make the process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. You can rest assured knowing that we will handle the logistics, leaving you free to focus on the joy of the occasion.

Our Event Management package (also referred to as "Month-of Coordination") is designed to provide comprehensive support in the weeks leading up to your wedding. After booking with us, we will send you an intake form six weeks prior to your event, gathering all the information about the arrangements you've made so far. One month before your wedding, we step in fully and take charge of the coordination. We work closely with you to create a detailed event timeline, facilitate your ceremony rehearsal and processional, assist with the set-up of both the ceremony and reception, and much more.
