I can’t say enough about Wind N Sea Events. Not only did Heather execute our day perfectly, but she went above and beyond. This included bringing our officiant a portfolio so our script wasn’t flapping in the wind, tissues for our flower girl with a runny nose, making sure all guests were in the reception before our grand entrance, and reminding us to use the bathroom while we had the chance! Heather was amazing to work with, she gave extremely valuable advice and met every expectation truly. We couldn't have had our perfect wedding without her. As my husband and I re-walk through the wedding day, we both can recall that the reason things went so smoothly was because of Heather and her assistant. Heather worked so well with all of our vendors, and when seeing vendors occasionally approach us to ask a question, she’d always swoop in to make sure our day was seamless and smooth. A wedding coordinator is a must, so be Sure to budget for one! I had the pleasure of working with Heather for my wedding in June. We began working closely together to iron out all the details and finalize my timeline 6 weeks before my wedding date, however, Heather was available in the months leading up if I needed anything or had any questions. She helped make my wedding day as stress free as possible. I trusted her 100% to bring my vision to life and make sure my wedding day went as smoothly as possible and she did not disappoint! If you want a responsible, organized, easy to get along with and get it done type of wedding coordinator then Wind N Sea Events is for you!
Heather was an incredible wedding coordinator. She was organized and prepared, but also fun and easy to get along with. She was the unifying force between all of our vendors and ensured we had as stress-free a wedding day as possible. We had a somewhat unconventional wedding, and one of the things we liked most about Heather was her ability to adapt and help us plan *our* wedding, not try to force someone else's on us. She and her assistant went above and beyond our expectations. For example, we didn't hire a professional photographer, and had a friend do it instead. Without our asking, Heather assumed the role of the photographer's assistant and made sure we all looked our best for the photos. 5/5 would recommend.

I am still beaming thinking about my wedding day. Heather was excellent from the beginning. I knew we connected from our initial call. I booked her for a month of coordinator and it was perfect for our situation. She was very organized and helped bring up ideas we may have forgotten. She definitely makes sure the needs of the bride and groom are #1. Heather was particularly helpful when my photographer was overwhelming me with emails 2 weeks before the wedding. She stepped in and took over communication and de escalated the situation. I cannot recommend Heather enough! Thanks again!

Heather and her team were amazing from the first meeting down to our big day! They went above and BEYOND what is typically expected from a wedding planner/coordinator. She really had a vested and genuine interest in making our special day PERFECT. I cannot thank her enough, without her, our wedding would not have been possible to say the least. We were planning our wedding from 2,000 mi away and she filled in the gaps while in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She took all of the stress away from the process so that we could actually ENJOY our wedding and we did just that. Thank you so very much. I don't think I could ever thank you enough. We were on the fence about getting a coordinator/planner at all but figured it couldn’t hurt to look into it and see how we felt about our needs. Heather’s response was quick and friendly and immediately gave us a good feeling about her. We scheduled a meeting and she was great. She went over all the ins & outs of what she could do for us and narrowed down our needs. We felt no pressure to do more or add to our list of things. She helped us with great ideas & cake time she stepped in and handled everything. She took time to coordinate everything with our other vendors and our friends who were helping out. She made sure we stayed on schedule but made sure we had some flexibility so we didn’t feel stressed out. She put our entire party at ease and was just amazing. She even took care of additional things we didn’t expect her to just to make sure things went smoothly for us. She was a heaven sent!! Truly!
